Designed for everyone
Our classes are challenging, but always achievable. We have a wide range of people training at Parado Power and want everyone to get a great workout. We always provide exercise progressions and regressions so it can work with your ability.
The fun factor
When you exercise alone, coming to the gym can feel like a chore. Group workouts are lively and exciting. You'll find yourself looking forward to exercising.
Limited class sizes
We limit each class to just 12 members so you'll still receive some individual coaching and have enough space for a comfortable workout. Overcrowding, sweat splashes, and sharing equipment is not an issue here!
