Fitness Assessment

Our quick (and optional) assessment will help us identify your current physical abilities and any limitations. You can also step on our InBody scale for a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water. These metrics provide a solid baseline for us to build upon and a way to measure your progress over time!
